LeClub Association Rules & Regulations

The Board of Trustees, on behalf of the LeClub Association, has adopted specific guidelines, rules and regulations to ensure the uniformity and aesthetics of our community.  These rules and regulations are in addition to, and consistent with, the use restrictions outlined in the Master Deed and Association By-Laws.  The rules and regulations are subject to revision, modification or change, as deemed necessary by the Board.

As joint owner's in the common elements of the LeClub Condominium Association, unit owners and their families, tenants and guests share the responsibility of abiding by the rules and regulations.  This enhances our quality of life, maintains our property values and protects the considerable financial investment that our units represent.

The rules and regulations aid in safeguarding the property, safety, privacy and peace of mind of our families and our neighbors.

LeClub Rules & Regulations Update

Here are a few of the changes made over the past few years:

FRONT DOORS
The current rules require front doors, on townhouse-style units,
to have oval windows.  The Board reviewed this rule and will
consider approval of doors in other styles that compliment
the exterior of the building.  Door replacements must be
approved by the Board in advance of installation.

DRIVEWAY EXTENSIONS
The Board no longer approves pavers or stones for driveway
extensions.  All driveway extensions will now be poured concrete
and will not be more than 24 inches wide.  Homeowners with
existing approved paver extensions will be grandfathered until
such time as the Board determines that, due to safety concerns,
it is time for replacement with concrete.  All driveway
extensions must be approved by the Board in advance
of installation.

PATIOS
The rules and regulations require red brick pavers for all patios.
The Board has approved the use of other color pavers that
compliment the color of the building.  Stamped concrete
is also permitted.  The size of the patio may be as
large as 15" from the the furthest edge of the building, providing
it does not interefere with landscaping, does not infringe on the
patios of other residents or cause the row of townhouses to
appear "out of balance."  All patios will be approved by the
Board prior to installation.

BASKETBALL HOOPS
No Basketball Hoops are permitted in LeClub.
